Best Budget Laptop

Nowadays,there a lot of budget laptop around us. The selections are depends on its graphics, performance, portability or price.But to choose the best laptop is really difficult because the specifications are quite same.
It also take about a month for me to choose my 1st laptop(Dell Inspiron 1420) and it still working great until now..
